Who are facial filler treatments suitable for?

Filler treatments are suitable for women and men who want to correct early to moderate signs of skin aging or who want a fresher, more rested appearance. Typical indications include volume loss in the midface, sagging cheeks, loss of definition along the jawline, or overall tired-looking skin.

The substances used are biocompatible, well-established over the long term, and well tolerated. Dr. Spiegl always works with your individual facial shape, replacing lost structures in a targeted way – nothing is “changed,” it is harmoniously restored.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally found in the body that binds water and is responsible for elasticity and volume. Depending on the product, it can be used for targeted volume restoration, contour improvement, or wrinkle correction in the face. The result is immediately visible and highly controllable.

Calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse®) – tightening & collagen stimulation

Radiesse® has a dual effect: it provides immediate volume while also stimulating the body’s own collagen production. It’s particularly well suited for contouring the cheeks and jawline and for improving skin texture.

Profhilo® – skin quality & glow

Profhilo® is not a classic volume filler but rather a skin booster containing highly purified hyaluronic acid. It improves skin elasticity, provides intense hydration, and gives the whole face a fresh, youthful glow.

Sculptra® is based on poly-L-lactic acid and sustainably stimulates new collagen formation. The rejuvenating effect develops gradually over several weeks and looks especially natural. It’s ideal for general volume loss and sagging skin.

The cost of facial filler treatments depends on the material, amount, complexity, and treatment area. Dr. Spiegl offers transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Follow-up check-ups are naturally part of the treatment concept. A consultation is charged at €70, but this amount is credited toward the cost if a treatment is subsequently carried out.
