Procedure & recovery after treatment

The procedure takes about 20–30 minutes. Immediately afterward, physical exertion and intense heat (sauna, tanning beds) should be avoided. Generally, you are back to work and social activities after one day. Small bruises may briefly occur.

Sport is usually possible again after about one week. The final result becomes visible after 2–3 weeks, once the swelling has completely subsided.
